In Centroplast you will find your specialists for the manufacturing of your desired finished parts. Whether individual parts or complete assemblies – we produce finished parts for the most varied of industries and applications. 

In doing so, we have a firm grasp of the whole process chain from granulate through to precision-manufactured finished part. We use a variety of manufacturing processes depending on the unit quantity or the size of the series, the material or the end product. What the finished parts all have in common: The best quality and readiness for immediate use!

MACHINING

TURNING AND MILLING WITH PRECISION

Machining enables a quality finished part to be created from plastic quickly and economically. We create challenging finished parts – from individual parts through to complete assemblies – with our in-house machining.

The latest multi-axis and lathe machining centres are used for this, skilfully operated by our experienced workers. From tool preparation through the programming and on to completion and quality checking, complex finished parts are created for a great variety of industries and applications.

THERMOFORMING

FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM QUANTITIES

With small and medium series, thermoforming is also a suitable alternative to the injection moulding process. Thermoforming is distinguished by low tooling costs and is particularly economical with individual pieces and with small to medium series.

Thermoforming parts are ideal for presentations, functional tests, but also for direct use as end products. We can deliver the raw material or the finished part, with mechanical reworking if desired.

STAMPING AND FOLDING

PRE-ASSEMBLED OR AS A FINISHED PART

For stamped parts (e.g. seals and insulators) and folded parts (e.g. covers), we can deliver the appropriate raw material made from technical plastic: Pre-assembled as film from the roll, as sheets or if preferred as finished parts.

INJECTION MOULDING

PRODUCE SERIES ECONOMICALLY

With our in-house expertise and our external partners, we can manufacture precision finished parts for you using injection moulding. The process is ideal for functionally capable small-series components for end-use and is particularly economical from 250 parts and upwards.

VACUUM CASTING

FROM PROTOTYPES THROUGH TO SMALL SERIES

We like to use the vacuum casting process for manufacturing robust prototypes or small numbers of parts. We can also manufacture the master model, required for creating the casting mould, for this ourselves by means of 3D printing or with our in-house machining.

3D PRINTING

MATERIAL, PRINTING AND REWORKING ALL FROM A SINGLE SOURCE

From model, sample or prototype through to production tool and end product – we manufacture precision, durable finished parts using state-of-the-art 3D printing processes. We use different processes for this, including:

  • Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM)
    Very precise components with complex geometries
  • Stereolithography (SLA)
    High-precision process, e.g. for very delicate or smooth surfaces
  • Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
    Durable components with good accuracy of size and shape

In addition, we also offer you much more than just the printing service. We can advise you not only with the selection of the right printing process, but also with regard to the general and specific design opportunities afforded by the 3D printing process.

Incidentally, the raw material for the printing is also made in-house: We produce the filament for our 3D printing ourselves in our production facility. Here, we can offer you the two popular diameters of 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm. So, you can rely on Centroplast quality – from material through to post-processing.
